Renovation of an educational facility in Lakewood, Colorado. Completed plans call for the renovation of a two-story above grade educational facility.
The scope of the project includes the replacement of the cooling tower with a new chiller, replacement of the lighting controls system and areas of lighting fixtures. Upgrades to the main entry security, including a security office, adding a storage room in an unused area and partial reroofing. Send any questions in an Excel or Word file to Regan Ferrara via email: rferrara@hcm2.com. Questions will be received until 12:00 p.m. on Friday, January 28, 2022. Questions will only be accepted from the pre-qualified general contractors. If required, an addendum will be emailed to bidders by 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, February 1, 2022. All work must be completed by August 5, 2022, expect for the chiller. The existing chiller is to remain until the new chiller can be installed. Chiller installation to be coordinated with owner. Anticipated chiller replacement completion is by the end of 2022. Addendum #1 has been issued.
