SaskEnergy/TransGas is committed to the promotion of the industrial and economic growth of the NWPTA region. SaskEnergy/TransGas may choose to only accept bids from NWPTA region suppliers or give preference to bidders who are NWPTA region suppliers. SaskEnergy/TransGas has the sole, absolute and final discretion and authority to determine whether a bidder is a NWPTA region supplier. TransGas requires construction control and inspection services for the upcoming 30km Moose Jaw Supply NPS 16 steel pipeline construction project. The estimated start date is June 13, 2022 for mainline construction and completion by November 1, 2022. To provide and supply inspection services as well as complete construction management, controls and support services for all pipeline construction activities including: i) Construction and Contract Management ii) Pipeline Construction Quality Assurance iii) Project Planning and Controls iv) Safety Planning and Management v) Pipeline Inspection Resource Management vi) Environment Planning and Coordination SaskEnergy/TransGas is committed to the promotion of the industrial and economic growth of the NWPTA region. This EOI and any resulting RFP is expected to pertain to and enable SaskEnergy/TransGas to conduct its mandated business and ability to deliver for resale, natural gas services to SaskEnergy customers, and therefore be exempt from the application of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement and the Canada-EU Trade Agreement. If you do not respond to this expression of interest (EOI), you will not receive a package inviting you to submit a proposal. Note: A party's response to this EOI will not necessarily/automatically result in participation in potential further procurement processes of SaskEnergy.
