Renovation of a mixed-use development in Ottawa, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a day care center and parking garage.
Supply new light fixtures and install them in the stairwells (LED 2880 lumen dimmable light fixtures with integrated motions sensors). Supply and install (already existing) 80 like for like fixtures in the daycare parking garage (Wiring and controls for these light fixtures shall remain unaltered and retain existing configuration) Replace all existing exit signs in all common areas throughout the building with the new LED green 'Running Man' exit signs.
