Renovation of an educational facility in Belmond, Iowa. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The project involves interior renovation and related Work including: General, Mechanical, and Electrical Construction. Each Bid must be accompanied by Bid Security in separate envelopes by either: (1) a certified check, or a cashier's check drawn on an Iowa bank, or a bank chartered under the laws of the United states, in an amount of 5% of bid amount;The successful Bidder will be required to furnish a Performance Bond and Payment Bond in the amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract Amount Pre -Bid Meeting at the Belmond-Klemme Community School - Board of Education Meeting at the Belmond-Klemme Community School, High School Media Center, 411 10 th Ave. N.E., Belmond, IA, the Board of Education will review the Bids and consider the Award of Construction Contract. Bidders shall not be permitted to withdraw their bids for a period of forty-five (45) days after the same are opened. Belmond-Klemme Community School reserves the right to reject any or all bids, and to waive informalities and irregularities, and to accept the bid, including any alternate bids, and enter into such contract as shall be deemed in their best interests
