The tender documents, any document to which they refer, as well as any additional document related thereto can only be obtained through the Electronic Tendering System according to the rates in effect. Any interested person or group of persons interested in participating in the adjudication process covered by this call for tenders (or their representative) may file a complaint with the MRC regarding this process until the deadline for receipt of complaints indicated on Electronic Tendering System. The MRC does not undertake to accept either the lowest or any of the tenders received and incurs no liability with regard to the tenderers. Bid Bond 10% is required. Duration : Option A : 1 year Option B : 3 year Option C : 5 year
