The City is responsible for loading the trucks and transporting them to the deposit site. The contract concerns only the disposal site and the handling of materials on the Contractor's site, including labor and machinery. May not be divulged by a member of a council or by an official or employee of the municipality, until the opening of the tenders, information making it possible to know the number or the identity of the persons who presented a tender or who requested a copy of the bid solicitation, a document to which it refers or an additional document linked to it. Bid Bond 10% is required. Performance and Material Bond 25000$ is required. duration : 16 weeks
