Renovation of a museum in Taos, New Mexico. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a museum.
Architectural and engineering for geotechnical work, structural engineer work, survey, water/sewer requirements, site earth work, storm drainage, and construction for water/sewer service, electrical, gas, and other utility necessities. The project has expended funds in 2018 when Taos Pueblo acquired the Heritage site and started environmental clean up. In 2019 the development plans and upgrades for exterior lighting and areas of sewer lines werecompleted. In the museum area the HVAC was upgraded. 2020/21, the project made the conceptual site plans final and began proposal to the EDA. Survey of wells onsite were also completed. Project is included New Mexico Department of Finance and Administration FY 2023-2027 Infrastructure Capital Improvement Plan CIP. As of April 25, 2022 , further details regarding design and construction have not been identified. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP). A CIP is a financial schedule for short- and long-range projects which is updated regularly. Information listed in the CIP often evolves based on funding availability and the project details, including timeline and value, are subject to change.
