Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Hickman, Nebraska. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The project consists of constructing a roundabout at 68th & Hickman Road, which includes 5,229 SY of concrete pavement and median surfacing, 1,764 VSF of retaining walls, 11,330 SF of sidewalks, 294 LF of storm sewers, 1,658 LF of water main relocations, 1,015 LF of water service lines, and all associated removals, earthwork, seeding, signage, utility structures/appurtenances, and miscellaneous items. The project also includes a separate bid section for the construction of a 65' dual box culvert trail undercrossing at 68th & Prairie View Lane, which includes 32 SY of concrete pavement, 908 SY of concrete sidewalks, 1,184 VSF of retaining walls, 160 LF of storm sewers, 242 TN of riprap, 127 LF or water main relocation, and all associated removals, earthwork, seeding, utility structures/appurtenances, and miscellaneous items.
