Remove and replace all damaged structural steel framing adjacent to the damaged overhead door. The new framing members to match the dimension and thickness of existing framing. o Relocation/alteration to the electrical/conduit, if deemed necessary, is included in this project. o Remove and replace all exterior steel wall panels, neo-washer screws and associated accessories on the one gable end of the building. The replacement panels to be the same gauge and similar in style and profile. o Wall panels are to be full length, top to bottom. o Include "one piece" OH door jamb wraps/J-channels at the sides and a "one piece" OH door jamb wrap/drip cap on top of the overhead door. o Add base molding to the one gable end wall being replaced. - Existing outside wall corners and roof corners/cap to remain. - Remove and re-install exterior lighting/outlet. o Repair/Re-use/Replace interior steel wall panel on either side of the doors being replaced. o Remove and replace the 36" entrance door, jamb and threshold adjacent to the damaged overhead door. This door is to have glass, matching the glazing configuration on the opposite end of the building. o This door is to be painted to match the color of the new overhead door. o Provide and install a new door closer - Re-install existing handset and deadbolt o Remove and replace the overhead door and its operator o OH door to be a Clopay, model 3717W1, steel, two sided thermal door with and R-value of 16 or approved equal. o Include reverse angle track, reverse angle seal, 90 mph wind rating, torsion spring and climate seal. Color and style to match the newer OH door at the car wash bay. o Door operator to be 3/4 HP Liftmaster commercial MT50 or approved equal o Replace/Repair fiberglass batt insulation in affected area. o Re-hang existing signage above OH door. o Disposal of demolition items and construction debris by contractor.
