Arena Renovations and Systems Improvements (Subproject 2) (Seating Removal) - The scope of the project work is the removal of existing concrete seating, concrete seating planks and adjacent concrete walls. The work will include the shortening of seating structural components and the creation of new foundations to support seating. After seating is removed and structural modifications are completed new CMU walls, gaurdrails and handrails will be installed as well as new concrete floor slab in repair area. The rork will occure in the first (lowest) three (3) rows of sections 101, 102, 103, 123, 124 and 125. The State of Tennessee is inviting General Contractor bids for the Work of this project.
