The City of Las Vegas (Owner) hereby invites qualified firms or individuals (Bidders) to submit Bids for the new interceptor sewer construction consists of approximately 4,262 linear feet of 36-inch pipe, and 3,806 linear feet of 42-inch pipe. Construction of lateral sewers includes 60 linear feet of 8-inch pipe, 216 linear feet of 10-inch pipe, 62 linear feet of 12-inch pipe and 121 linear feet of 15-inch pipe. In addition, 306 linear feet of 60-inch steel casing will be installed by tunneling. Estimate: $14,581,000 - $ 17,643,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Question Cutoff Date: 2/15/2022 08:00 PM (ET) the CONTRACTOR shall complete all work on the punch list and required clean up within thirty (30) calendar days or other time as agreed to by the CONTRACTOR and the ENGINEER. The Contractor shall commence the Work on the date set by the Owner in the Notice to Proceed, and shall achieve Substantial Completion of the entire Work within 210 calendar days thereafter The new interceptor sewer construction consists of approximately 4,262 linear feet of 36-inch pipe, and 3,806 linear feet of 42-inch pipe.
