As part of its preventative maintenance program the City of Spruce Grove hires service providers to complete inspections and preventative maintenance on certain equipment within its operations. The City is looking to set up a 3-year contract with a service provider to do this for our Life Safety Equipment and perform inspection and preventative maintenance tasks at each of our facilities for the 2022-2024 period. Questions are to be forwarded by email to asingh@sprucegrove.org. All questions will be responded to through addenda posted on Alberta Purchasing Connection. Each addendum will be considered to form an integral part of this RFQ. It is the responsibility of vendors to monitor and obtain all addenda related to this RFQ. Vendors should confirm receipt of all addenda in the cover letter of their proposal. Failure to obtain, review and acknowledge all addenda may result in a vendor's proposal being disqualified.
