The Work Includes: Mobilization / Demobilization - 1 LS Install Bollard Post with Solar Light - 1 LS (see drawings E1.0 through E5.0) Install Solar Dock Post Light - 1 LS (see drawings E1.0 through E5.0) Install Solar Dock Light, Mounted on Rail - 1 LS (see drawings E1.0 through E5.0) Install Dock Post Light, Mounted on Deck - 1 LS (see drawings E1.0 through E5.0) Install Light Pole including all appurtenances shown on sheet E5.0 - 1 LS Any and all related materials, hardware, wiring, connections, etc. Project is at Terminal 117 in South Park, Seattle (approx. 14th. Ave. S., S. Henderson St., and Dallas Ave. S.). 1. Subcontractor's pricing shall include but not be limited to drug testing, and any and all costs associated with the requirements of the Project Labor Agreement. 2. Subcontractor must comply with the project Idling Policy and vehicles/equipment will not be allowed to idle in the vicinity of the project for more than five minutes. 3. Subcontractor must provide bond and insurance as required by the contract.
