Renovation of a fire / police facility in Havre de Grace, Maryland. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.

The City Reserves the Right to reject any proposals that are not furnished promptly with all of the required information, to verify the qualifications of the contractors. Such qualifications may serve as the basis for acceptance or rejection and, in its discretion to reject any and all proposals or to accept any proposals found to be in the best interest of the City of Havre de Grace. Scope of Work: To furnish and supply all parts, material and labor for the following: All work will be discussed in detail during the MANDATORY pre-proposal meeting 1. Pavilion - Re-coat metal roof with approved coating material and paint posts (wrapped aluminum is acceptable). 2. Tower - remove old shingles and replace with 25 year architectural shingles, replace wood sheathing as needed to include fascia and soffit, inspect flooring on 1st and 2nd floor and replace/repair as needed, rehab front balcony (2nd floor), inspect stairs and repair as needed, install new metal door on 2nd floor and garage type door on 1st floor, point up block joints, and install split system HVAC unit. 3. Shooting platforms -Install two (2) 9' x 12' x 4' tall shooting platforms at 75 yards and 100 yards from targets (pressure treated lumber).
