**As of March 8, 2022, this project has been awarded to Grunloh Construction Inc. with the awarded amount of $9,199,693 and All Service Contracting Corp. with the awarded amount of $1,188,093.** The City of Sullivan (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project: Water Treatment Plant Bids for the construction of the Project.The Project includes the following Work: Constructing Contract 1 installing Headtank with Aerator, (2) Claricones and Recarbonation Vessel. Supply catwalk package over the claricones as shown in the contract drawings. Contract 2, Installing (3) filters with underdrains and media. Contract 3, constructing the foundation for Contract 1 and 2, complete the site work, drying beds, building/lab/office, interior and exterior piping, chemical feed systems, electrical/scada/telemetry, painting, and all work necessary to complete the ground water treatment plant as shown in the plans and stated in the specifications.
