SCOPE OF PROJECT The project consists of furnishing all material and constructing the following: Approximately 2,700 square yards of asphalt parking lot removal and 3,000 square yards asphalt parking lot placement, with concrete curb and sidewalk removal and replacement, grading, storm sewer construction, lighting, pavement striping, sedimentation control devices, and restoration and appurtenant work. Any conclusions or information obtained or derived from electronic media will be at the user's sole risk. Vriesman & Korhorn Civil Engineers' responsibility is limited to only the printed copies (also known as hard copies) that are delivered pursuant to the service under the contract with the client. FUNDING The work to be performed under these contracts will be financed and paid for by funds received from Kent Intermediate School District, Kent County, Michigan. . RIGHT TO REJECT BIDS The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities in bidding. No bid may be withdrawn after the scheduled closing time for receiving bids for at least sixty (60) days thereafter. The project shall be substantially completed by August 19, 2022
