Renovation of a parking garage in Brooklyn, Connecticut. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 14,000-square-foot parking garage.
This includes replacing the 14,000 sq/ft rubber roof; insulation; repair/replace all plywood & facia boards where necessary; removal of all debris. The Town of Brooklyn is seeking bids to replace the roof of the former Highway Garage located at 61 South Main St., Brooklyn, CT. Questions can be directed to Austin Tanner, First Selectman at (860) 779-3411 x11. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope plainly marked with the appropriate title. The Town of Brooklyn reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids; to waive any informalities, or to accept any bid deemed in the best interests of the Town of Brooklyn.
