Renovation of a playground / park / athletic field in Harpers Ferry, West Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field.
Request for Quote (RFQ) 140P3022Q0010 is for the boring and conduit installation project at Harpers Ferry National Historical Park. The drawings and wage determination are provided as separate attachments in accordance with section C of this document. The Contractor shall provide all administrative, equipment, insurance, labor, materials, supervision, transportation, and other services in order to complete the proposed project in complete compliance with the Statement of Work found in section C of this document, the drawings, and the wage determination issued or directed through this solicitation and award. The price schedule includes four (4) base items. a) The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code and the associated small business size standard are noted in provision 52.204-8 in Section K of this solicitation. b) This procurement is 100% set-aside for small business concerns. c) In accordance with FAR 36.204, the estimated magnitude of this construction project is less than $25,000.00. d) There will be an organized site visit at 1:00 PM ET on February 8, 2022; see Section L. e) The time zone in Block 13a is Eastern Time. f) All work will be performed under a single firm-fixed-price construction contract subject to the Wage Rate Requirements (Construction) clauses. Instructions: To complete this SF1442, write your business name, address, DUNS number, and point of contact in Block 14 and complete Blocks 15 through 20C, including acknowledging all amendments in Block 19.
