Request for Quote (RFQ) 140P3022Q0010 is for the boring and conduit installation project at Harpers Ferry National Historical Park. The drawings and wage determination are provided as separate attachments in accordance with section C of this document. The Contractor shall provide all administrative, equipment, insurance, labor, materials, supervision, transportation, and other services in order to complete the proposed project in complete compliance with the Statement of Work found in section C of this document, the drawings, and the wage determination issued or directed through this solicitation and award.
