Project has been cancelled. The Work included under this scope consists of providing Locksmith Services and Supplies for all GLWA facilities, including but not limited to the following facilities: Water Resource Recovery Facility (WRRF) 9300 West Jefferson Detroit Water Works Park Plant (WWP) 10100 East Jefferson Detroit Springwells Plant 8300 West Warren Dearborn Southwest Plant 14700 Moran Allen Park Northeast Plant 11000 E. Eight Mile Detroit Lake Huron Plant 3993 Metcalf Road Fort Gratiot Questions Due Date: Feb 15th 2022, 12:00 PM EST The Consultant shall provide all labor, material, equipment, and incidentals including tools, safety equipment, supplies, transportation, insurance bonds, bid bonds, and supervision to provide and install doors and hardware at GLWA owned or operated facilities throughout Southeastern Michigan. The Consultant shall provide Services including, but not be limited to, the following: Provide all installation, demo, prep, labor, delivery, disposal, and materials needed to complete the projects. Supplymaterials for GLWA to conduct locksmith services. Install doors, frames, and hardware. Make materials available for immediate delivery or pick-up. Clean and prep surfaces for installation to meet or exceed manufacturers requirements. Repair damages to building finishes related to demolition and installation of doors, frames and/or hardware. Meet with GLWA team to conduct reviews of the Services and receive approvals Supply on-site supervision for all work, including performance by any necessary subcontractors. Furnish a contractor's and manufacturer's warranty for all work for a period of one (1) year.Thewarranty shall commence when the project is inspected and accepted in writing by the GLWA project manager. Submit the Operation and Maintenance (O & M) Manual and associated information upon project completion. Provide closeout documentation. Hours of Performance of the Services Consultant shall provide Services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Consultant shall endeavor to perform the Services during normal business hours between 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Services which cannot be performed during normal business hours shall be pre-approved and coordinated with GLWA in writing. Provide 24-hour emergency repair service and acknowledge calls or arrive within four (4) hours of notification of an emergency. Normal working hours are from 7:00AM to 5:00PM (EST) Monday through Friday. Overtime hours and Sunday/holiday hours may be required to minimize disruption to the operation of GLWA facilities and address emergencies. Services performed outside of normal working hours shall be pre-approved by and coordinated with GLWA. Site Access The Consultant shall provide Services in accordance with the following site access requirements: Consultant and its Associates shall have GLWA access forms and current access protocols, including COVID-19 electronic questionnaire forms submitted and approved. Consultant shall submit access forms with valid driver's license requirements within a minimum of forty-eight (48) hours in advance. Consultant must comply with all access requirements and COVID-19 protocols. The GLWA project manager shall assign the projects. The GLWA project manager shall work with the Consultant to define the Services for each project for Consultant. Consultant shall provide pricing for the project based upon the request from the GLWA project manager or based on a site walk-through. All Services shall be performed by Consultant's employees and/or GLWA project manager approved subcontractors.
