Grand Total Tank A Ben Oaks - Nostos SS Contractors, LLC - $397,600.00 Grand Total Tank B Grandview Haven - Nostos SS Contractors, LLC - $412,600.00 The St. Marys County Metropolitan Commission is soliciting bids for all labor, materials, equipment, and means to perform painting and maintenance on three water storage tanks. Work is to include surface preparation, containment, painting of the interiors and exteriors, installation of equipment, and the performance of various repairs. If a certified check is provided, a letter from a bonding company must be provided indicating that the firm will be providing a Performance and Maintenance Bond after award and completion of the project. A Performance Bond in the amount of 100% of the base bid price must be submitted after award. The bond must meet the requirements of Section F-5. A Maintenance Bond in the amount of 10% of the base bid price must be submitted after completion and acceptance of the project, and must remain in effect for one (1) year. The bond must meet the requirements of Section F-5. The St. Marys Metropolitan Commission reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any informality in the proposals submitted when such waiver is in the best interest of the Commission.
