Site work for a road / highway in Inuvik, Northwest Territories. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.

Public Services & Procurement Canada (PSPC) is delivering a project for Natural Resources Canada (NRCan) regarding aggregate production and its associated stockpiling within NRCan's Inuvik Satellite Station Facility (ISSF) existing road network, located near Inuvik, NT. The aggregate is intended for use on a future road repair/construction project at the ISSF. This project will be delivered via a design-bid-build approach. The Inuvik Satellite Station Facility is located approximately 10 km southeast of the Town of Inuvik, NT. The work for this project will include but is not limited to the following: clearing/grubbing/excavation/geotextile placement at two existing road terminus locations in preparation of the stockpiles, production of 75 mm and 25 mm aggregate from a local quarry and the associated delivery and placement at the developed stockpile locations. To assist with insurance and bonding requirements, this project is estimated to cost between $1,000,001.00 to $5,000,000.00.
