The anticipated project limits along I-95 extend from approximately 500 feet north Baymeadows Rd. to 2,400 south of Atlantic Blvd. Additional improvements include the reconstruction of the Belfort Rd. at SR 202 (JTB) and the reconstruction of Emerson St. at I-95. The following sections describe the general work scope of the project. Additional requirements are listed in this RFP and the Volume I Appendices. Exempt Documents will be made available to Design-Build firms shortlisted for this project.
