The Ohio State University (OSU), in conjunction with The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center (OSUWMC) and The Ohio State University College of Medicine (OSUCOM) requests proposals to develop a Facility Optimization Plan (The Plan). The University seeks a Planning Partner to help create and explore scenarios which advance a long-term vision for strategic facilities within the Academic Medical Center (AMC). This selection for a Planning Partner is being readvertised under the same project number as a previous project due to that previous scope being drastically adjusted and the available funds for the same being reduced. The new Project Name better reflects the direction of the project to be completed. Buildings and breakdown of effort form the foundation of assumed scope for the Facility Optimization Plan. Incorporating time and effort based on the assumptions below to determine the Suitability of the of the listed facilities will serve to develop a baseline of understanding to form the basis of the key deliverables in the Facility Optimization Plan.
