The Ministry of Forests, Lands, Natural Resource Operations and Rural Development and BC Wildfire Service operate the Sechelt Fire Zone located at 4448 Hilltop Road, Sechelt, BC V0N 3A1. Due to constant roof issues and leaks on the existing 3 wide office modular building, the Ministry has decided to replace it. The requirement calls for the removal of the existing roofing system and replacement with new. Details of the demolition and new construction can be found in the attached drawing & specification package. The Ministry wishes to engage with a general contractor or roofing specialist in order to complete this replacement. Cancelled.
