Site work for a water / sewer project in Garden City, Kansas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Project is generally described as a water system improvement project as follows: Booster Pump Station (Contract B): Work includes furnishing all the labor, materials, and equipment for the building improvements. excavation; backfilling; 26'-8" x 37'-4" CMU split face block building; site and building concrete work; architectural work; masonry block construction; metal frame roof construction; process piping; mechanical and electrical equipment; valves, hydrants, & appurtenances, (2) vertical split case booster pumps; site piping; 1 ton monorail, electrical equipment installation and site work at the booster pump station; backup electrical generator (Alternate No. 1) and all other incidental and appurtenant work required to complete the improvements as shown and specified. Each bid shall be accompanied by a bid security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total bid. No bidder may withdraw his bid as stated in the Project Manual. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive informalities, and to accept the bid deemed to be in the best interest of the City.
