As of June 10, 2022, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established. The principal features of the Work to be performed under this Contract include, but are not limited to the following: A. The Contractor shall provide all materials, equipment, labor, supervision, incidentals and all other items necessary to complete the project in accordance with the requirements of the Contract Documents. The principal features of the Work to be performed under this Contract include, but are not limited to the following: 1. Demolition of existing spray polyurethane foam (SPF) and built up roof (BUR) roofing systems, down to the concrete roof deck, for the existing buildings shown in the Drawings. 2. Demolition of existing heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning (HVAC) equipment, as shown in the Drawings. 3. Removal and reinstallation of existing HVAC equipment. 4. Concrete roof deck repairs, as itemized on the Bid Form and shown in the Drawings. 5. New exhaust fans, as shown in the Drawings. 6. New polyvinyl chloride membrane roofing system, as shown in the Drawings. 7. New roof access hatch, roof perimeter guardrail and roof access ladder, as shown in the drawings. C. The foregoing description(s) shall not be construed as a complete description of all work required. The Engineer's Construction Cost Estimate for this project is between $500,000.00 and $2,000,000.00. Questions received less than five days prior to the date for opening of bids may not be answered. Only answers by formal written Addenda will be binding. Oral and other interpretations or clarifications will be without legal effect. The revised MSD Supplier Diversity Minority and Woman Business Enterprise Program Policy and Procedures Manual (MBE/WBE Program) is effective June 1, 2020. If selected as applicable above, the goals are as follows: 18.0% MBE - African American, 2.0% MBE - Asian-Indian American and 15.0% WBE - Caucasian Female participation respectively required for this project. MBE and WBE businesses are encouraged to bid on this project as a prime contractor. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
