Wayne County is seeking qualified professional engineering consulting firms for the following professional disciplines:
Architecture Plumbing, Mechanical and Electrical (PM&E)
General Civil Engineering Wastewater treatment/Sewer
Environmental/Geotechnical Special Inspections/Testing
Structural Engineering Stormwater Engineering/Modeling
Transportation/Traffic Engineering Construction Administration The completed application must be completed and delivered to Noelle Woods, Purchasing Manager at the address listed below. The envelope should be sealed with "RFQ-2022-Professional Engineering On-Call Services" listed on the outside of the envelope. Wayne County invites and encourages participation in this procurement process by businesses owned by minorities, women, and disabled business enterprises. a. Manhole Inspection and Survey (Invert and Top of Rim)
b. Collection System Modeling and Rehabilitation
c. Collection System Extensions
d. Collection System Details and Specifications

2. Wastewater Treatment Projects
a. Treatment plant development and planning
6. Construction Administration, Architecture, Structural, Plumbing, Mechanical and Electrical
a. General review and advisement
b. General Construction Observation
c. Pay application Review
d. Other projects as needed
Multiple firms may be selected as qualified for each category, and firms may be selected as qualified in
more than one category. Inspection Services may be a separate contract for projects, particularly those
designed and/or administered by County staff. The CONSULTANT shall clearly indicate in their
RESPONSE, if interested in providing this service separate from other services.
