Renovation of a fitness / recreation center in Dallas, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fitness / recreation center.
The Dallas Park and Recreation Department would like to solicit statements of qualifications from firms that provide qualified fire alarm services to create schematic design and construction documents for Fire Alarm Systems at PKR facilities. The Design-to Construction Budget is $389,000. It will be for approximately (7) facilities. The names are as follows: 1) Mildred Dunn Recreation Center, 2) Exline Recreation Center, 3) Pike Recreation Center, 4) Beckley-Saner Recreation Center, 5) Martin-Weiss Recreation Center, 6) Harry Stone Recreation Center, and 7) Fruitdale Recreation Center. Questions Due Date/Time: February 15, 2022 at 5:00pm Design start June 2022 Design complete December 2022 Construction start Winter 2023 Construction complete July 2023
