Alamosa Public Schools is seeking bids from qualified Concrete Contractors for concrete work at Alamosa Elementary K-2 and District Administration office. The following is a list of the work required: Excavation and removal of old concrete, Subgrade preparation and compaction, Provide 4,000 psi concrete with fiber and wire mesh. Provide cost for colored concrete as requested. Provide concrete cutting with all cracks and joints filled and caulked. Protect all district property while working on site-all damage will be deducted from contract. All on-site personnel must pass a background check. Portable restroom facilities to be included in bid. Building restrooms are not available. Electrical, water and etc. are available, Written minimum 2 year warranty for all work. Worker Compensation Certificate required (All certificates required before work starts). Minimum $1,000,000 Liability. vehicle coverage required with school district endorsement. Worker Compensation coverage required. Alamosa Public Schools reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and according to BOE policies is not required to accept the lowest bid.
