The Town of Smyrna, Tennessee, seeks to retain the services of a professional consultant engineering firm to provide services related to NEPA, Design, and Construction of Phase III of the Lowry Street (US41/70S/SR-1) Streetscape Project. This project involves the rehabilitation and addition of sidewalks, landscaping, and crosswalks along Lowry Street from Enon Springs Road to Sam Davis Road. Construction is anticipated to commence within 3 years from notice to proceed Phase II qualifications to be submitted to Rex Gaither, Assistant Town Manager, Town of Smyrna, 315 S. Lowry Street, Smyrna TN, 37167 on or before 10:00 a.m. Central Standard Time, Thursday, March 10, 2022. Please submit all questions to Tom Rose at tom.rose@townofsmyrna.org.
