The State University Construction Fund is seeking statements of qualifications from firms to provide Construction Manager (CM) Agency Services for the Renovate Netzer Hall project at the State University of New York College at Oneonta. The Project is for the renovation of Netzer Hall and will develop consolidated student support services in the building and place them at the core of the campus. The scope of work includes a "gut" renovation of the building. The windows and roof will be replaced. The mechanical system will be replaced to accommodate a new geothermal field to be located in the parking lot. A new parking lot with better parking layout and circulation is required. Electrical duct bank, MTW, and possibly other utilities run under the parking lot and may need to be addressed.
