The Project generally consists of the following: Construction of the following components including furnishing and installing all appurtenances, electrical, restoration, clean-up and all other work for a complete installation. The work generally consists of the following: . Installation of new aeration system (equipment prepurchased by the Town); . Installation of new blower (equipment prepurchased by the Town); . Baffle System; . Relocation of inlet piping; . New recirculation piping; . New air piping; . All excavation, backfill, piping connections; . Electrical; and . All other work for a complete and operable installation. Please note that the Town has pre-purchased equipment including piping, blower, diffusers, and several other components. It is the Contractor's responsibility to fully review the equipment being supplied by the Town and the equipment that needs to be supplied by the Contractor. Said bid guaranty shall be a certified check in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the BID; or, a bond for five percent (5%) of the BID as surety for the execution of the contract. The Owner reserves the right to reject any bid if the evidence submitted by, or investigation of, such Bidder fails to satisfy the Owner that such Bidder is properly qualified to carry out the obligations of the Agreement and to complete the work contemplated therein. The Town of Albion reserves the right to reject any proposal or all proposals, or to accept any proposal or proposals, or to make such combination of proposal as may seem desirable, and to waive any and all informalities in the bidding.
