Erie Canalway Heritage Fund, Inc. is seeking qualified proposals for the preservation and stabilization of three clapboard buildings associated with the former Matton Shipyard in Cohoes, NY. The Bid will be received on a time and materials basis with the base bid including all work associated with the Planing Mill Building. The Vinyl Scrim, work associated with the Watchman's Shanty and the Office Building will be bid as alternate 1, alternate 2 and alternate 3 respectively. It is the sole discretion of the OWNER to select and/or reject the alternates according to total bid cost. Breakdowns for each building should be included on the Bid Form. Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Set Aside: No Total MWBE Participation Goals: 30% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business Contracting Goal: 0% Disadvantaged Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 0% Contract term: 1 year
