The United Nations Development Corporation (UNDC), a public benefit corporation of the State of New York, is seeking qualified contractors to provide all material, labor, and oversight to perform waterproofing repairs at Three UN Plaza, a Class A, mixed-use, mid-rise building consisting of office tenancy, located in east midtown Manhattan. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, concrete patching, injection grouting, application of elastomeric coatings, deck drain replacement, and the removal/replacement of specified traffic coating system. Interested companies must provide evidence of their qualifications and relevant experience including a minimum of five (5) references with contact information in order to obtain a Request for Proposal.
