Renovation of a water / sewer project in Melbourne, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
Bid No. B-7-22-07-A Owner Project No. 6540405 Engineer Project No. 1000701-180333.01 The project consists of demolition of an existing reclaimed water pump station. Construction of a new pump station. The new station is a CMU construction and includes ancillary pumps, piping, mechanical and electrical equipment. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents must be submitted in writing to Stephanie Reynolds, Procurement Analyst, Brevard County Purchasing Services Office, 2725 Judge Fran Jamieson Way, Building C, Third Floor, Suite C-303, Melbourne, Florida 32940. Written questions may be mailed or sent via email to: Stephanie.Reynolds@brevardfl.gov. All questions must be received in writing prior to 5:00 p.m. on January 13, 2022. Each bid must be accompanied by a Bidders Bond, payable to Brevard County, Florida for five percent (5%) of the amount of the bid; to be forfeited as liquidated damages in the event that the bid is accepted, and the bidder fails to enter promptly into a written contract and furnish the required Performance Bond, Payment Bond, and Insurance Certificates. Substantial Completion 270 calendar days from NTP Final Completion 30 calendar days from Substantial Completion Performance and Payment Bonds on the prescribed forms, each in an amount of one-hundred percent (100%) of the total amount, A Maintenance Bond in the amount of 25% of the total amount of the Contract
