This project is partially funded with Wisconsin Department of Transportation Local Road Improvement Program (LRIP) funds. \ Approximate quantities are as follows: Section #1: 124TH Street Reconstruction: \ Common Excavation (Estimated) 3,000 CY \ 30" Curb & Gutter 950 LF \ Bituminous Concrete Pavement 1,100 TON \ Storm Sewer 400 LF \ Storm Sewer Structures 7 EA \ Section #2: West Godsell Avenue: \ Pulverize & Relay 1,800 SY \ Bituminous Concrete Pavement 450 TON \ 72-inch Culvert Replacement 2 EA \ Manhole Rehabilitation 15 EA \ Section #3: South Forest Park Drive: \ Pulverize & Relay 3,400 SY \ Bituminous Concrete Pavement 700 TON \ Storm Sewer 1,200 LF \ Storm Sewer Structures 16 EA \ Ditching 1,800 LF \ Section #4: South 112th Street (ALTERNATE): \ Pulverize & Relay 1,600 SY \ Bituminous Concrete Pavement 400 TON \ This is a unit price contract. The estimated quantities on the Bid Schedule are inserted only for the purpose of determining the lowest responsible bidder. \ LEGAL PROVISIONS: The Contract letting shall be subject to the provisions of Sections 61.54, 62.15, 66.0901, and 66.0903 of the Wisconsin Statutes. The Village of Hales Corners has the right to reject or accept any and/or all bids received, to waive any minor defects or irregularities that may be found in the bids, and to accept the bid that is in the best interest of the Village.
