The estimated quantities on the Bid Schedule are inserted only for the purpose of determining the lowest responsible bidder. \ LEGAL PROVISIONS: The Contract letting shall be subject to the provisions of Sections 61.54, 62.15, 66.0901, and 66.0903 of the Wisconsin Statutes. The Village of Hales Corners has the right to reject or accept any and/or all bids received, to waive any minor defects or irregularities that may be found in the bids, and to accept the bid that is in the best interest of the Village.
