Questions relating to this solicitation shall be emailed to Starla Takahara at bfspurchasing@honolulu.gov The City is seeking a contractor to provide services under a Pavement Preservation of Streets Seal Coat ID/IQ contract. Questions/Requests for Substitutions due date February 17, 2022 Last day for addenda to be released February 24, 2022 SCOPE OF WORK The scope of work to be performed by the Contractor under this contract may include, but is not limited to: a. Seal Coat; b. Install pavement striping and markings; c. Traffic Control Measures; d. Environmental Pollution Control Measures. All persons attending public bid openings or in-person pre-bid meetings shall comply with all provisions of the most current Office of the Governor State of Hawaii Proclamation Related to the COVID-19 Emergency and the City and County of Honolulu Mayor's Emergency Order (collectively the "Proclamations"). If such provisions impose any limitations on attendance at public bid openings, the Division of Purchasing will make accommodations to the extent allowable under such restrictions. If any person attending does not comply with the most current provisions of the Proclamations, the City reserves the right to request the attendee to become compliant or be asked to leave. By attending the public bid opening, the attendee is acknowledging their full compliance with the Proclamations.
