Renovation of a power facility in Jacksonville, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a power facility.
Solicit contractor to purchase and install a new excitation transformer for the steam turbine/generator at Brandy Branch Generating station. Installation outage tentatively scheduled for Spring 2023. All questions shall be submitted in writing to the JEA Buyer listed below at least three (3) business days prior to the Bid opening date. Questions not received three (3) days prior to the Bid opening date will not be answered. For All Questions: Buyer: Jason Behr Email: behrjv@jea.com JEA is prohibited by its Charter from awarding contracts to JEA officers or employees, or in which a JEA officer or employee has a financial interest.
