Your firm is invited to submit an offer under seal to the Owner for one or both of two projects located at the ERPUD Winchester Office, 635 Dinah Shore Blvd., Winchester, Tennessee . Each project will have its own set of bidding documents, including bid form, which must be submitted individually. Each project will be considered independently of the other. Bids for ERPUD Winchester Parking Additions will be received: Before 1:00 PM local standard time on the 18th day of February, 2022 for: 1. Work for the ERPUD Winchester Parking Addition includes, but is not necessarily limited to, selective site demolition, new parking lot and drive-thru lane, new sidewalks, related grading and drainage, and site lighting. Bidders will be required to provide Bid security in the form of a Bid Bond of a sum no less than 5 percent of the Bid Amount. 1.
