Your firm is invited to submit an offer under seal to the Owner for one or both of two projects located at the ERPUD Winchester Office, 635 Dinah Shore Blvd., Winchester, Tennessee . Each project will have its own set of bidding documents, including bid form, which must be submitted individually. Each project will be considered independently of the other. Bids for ERPUD Winchester Parking Additions will be received: Before 1:00 PM local standard time on the 18th day of February, 2022 for: 1. Work for the ERPUD Winchester Parking Addition includes, but is not necessarily limited to, selective site demolition, new parking lot and drive-thru lane, new sidewalks, related grading and drainage, and site lighting. F. Bid Documents may be viewed at the following plan rooms: 1. Plan Room www.construction.com G. Documents may be obtained by general contract and subcontract Bidders. H. Bidders will be required to provide Bid security in the form of a Bid Bond of a sum no less than 5 percent of the Bid Amount. 1. Alternately, Bidders may provide a certified check payable to the Owner for a sum no less than 5 percent of the Bid Amount. I. Refer to other bidding requirements described in Document 00 21 13 - Instructions to Bidders. J. Submit your offer on the Bid Form provided. Bidders may supplement this form as appropriate. K. Your offer will be required to be submitted under a condition of irrevocability for a period of 30 days after submission. L. All bidders must be licensed contractors as required by the Contractor Licensing Act of 1976 (T.C.A. Title 62, ch. 6). Only bids in a sealed envelope with the information provided in the Instructions to Bidders will be accepted. M. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all offers.
