Select Demolition and Rehabilitation for the African American Museum of Bucks County: General Construction, Site Work & Demolition Contract Fire Protection Contract Plumbing Contract Mechanical Contract Electrical Contract Elevator Contract A security deposit (cash, certified check, cashier check or properly executed bid bond) for 5% is required. Performance and Payment Bonds are required in the amount of 100% of the contract amount. Maintenance Bond is required in the amount of 10% of the contract. Bidders are advised Prevailing Minimum Wage Rates, determined by the Secretary of Labor and Industry, must be paid to all workers employed on this project. CLARIFICATION DEADLINE 3/7/2022 12:00 PM
