Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Clayton, North Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; and for the construction of a pre-engineered storage facility.
As of July 1, 2022, the project was awarded to Eberhart Construction Inc. The anticipated construction start date is on September 2022. Provision and installation of a 12" tapping sleeve and valve, approximately 250 LF of 12" DIP water main and 35 LF of 6" DIP water main, a triplex pump skid,submersible mixer, altitude valve with solenoid, electromagnetic flow meter, pre-engineered pump building, 8' high chain link fence with 14'-cantilevered fence gates, and various fittings, valves, and other appurtenances. The ground storage tank is being provided and installed under a separate Contract. The Project has a expected duration of 210 days.
