As of January 11, 2024, a general contractor has been awarded. This project is nearing the completion of construction. General contractor firm information has not been determined. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: The work to be performed under the City of Marysvilles Comeford Park and Restroom Design project shall include the following: Develop a connection to the new Delta Plaza, establish a new restroom and provide additional amenities to the community to serve as a gathering and event space for the new Marysville Civic Center across the street from the park. Improvements entail a rest-room, enhanced circulation, landscaping, amphitheater seating, park lighting, and. a smooth transition to the new Civic Center and Delta Plaza. The project includes grading and drainage, concrete walkways, concrete seatwalls, stormwater management facili-ties, lawn restoration, stormwater management facilities, and sewer connections. Complete this and other work, all in accordance with the attached Contract Plans, these Contract Provisions, and the Standard Specifications. The City desires work to commence on this project in February with an estimated NTP of February 25, 2022, Contractor must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. The Engineer's Estimate for this project is $1,500,000.
