Soliciting bids for the purchase of timber from the Township's parcel of approximately 17 acres, known as Tax Parcel No. 15-268-111A and located at the intersection of Powy's Road and Crescent Hill Road. The successful bidder must provide all ingress, egress and staging areas at the bidder's own expense. Bids may be a lump sum price or a percentage of saw mill price, or both. A percentage bid with a specified deduction for a specified cost for ingress, egress and staging area expense is also acceptable. The activities covered by the bid price must include clean up of the property, which includes removal of all tree parts felled during the tree harvest activities.
