Tarleton State University (herein referred to as Tarleton) is located in Stephenville, Texas. Tarleton is soliciting Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for Interior Design to provide professional services for assessments, furniture selections, design concepts, and finishes for various Tarleton projects. It is the intention of Tarleton to create a pool of vendors to provide these services for the Tarleton Campus. Interior Designers are invited to submit written qualifications for possible selection consideration. Deadline for Submission of Questions 2/10/2022 Answers to Questions Posted 2/16/2022 There will be No Pre-Proposal Conference for this solicitation. Any negative responses received may be grounds for disqualification of the proposal. A Performance Bond and Payment Bond may be required to be executed in the full amount of the Contract amount as guaranty that the scope of work will be performed and that the Tarleton and the State of Texas will be saved harmless from all cost and damages which the Tarleton and the State of Texas may suffer by reason of default or failure of the Respondent to perform the work. Tarleton reserves the right to accept or reject any or all offers, to waive informalities and technicalities, to accept the offer considered most advantageous, and/or to make the award to the most responsive vendor. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
