The site encompasses the existing Cavanaugh Pond Natural Area and the former Riverbend Mobile Home and RV Park (Figure 2). It is bordered by the Cedar River to the west, north, and east, between approximate River Miles 6.5 and 7.5. The Cedar River Trail borders the site to the south and is between the Project site and the Renton-Maple Valley Highway.
