Stormwater Improvement Project Bidders on this Work will be required to comply with the Copeland (Anti-Kickback) Act, and the Contract Work Hours and Safety Standards Act, as indicated in the Contract Documents. Each bidder must deposit with his bid security in the amount, form and subject to the conditions provided in the Information for Bidders. The Information for Bidders, Form of Bid, Form of Contract, Plans and Specifications, Performance Bond, and other Contract Documents may be examined at the following: City of Boonville, 401 Main Street, Boonville, MO 65233 MECO Engineering Co., 2701 Industrial Drive, Jefferson City, MO 65109 Attention of bidders is particularly called to the requirements as to conditions of employment to be observed and Davis Bacon and/or State Prevailing Wage Rates to be paid under the contract, Segregated Facility, Section 109, and E.O. 11246. MBE, WBE and Section 3-DBE bidders are encouraged to bid. The award of Contracts on this project shall be predicated upon competitive bidding, and satisfactory performance of past work with the City. Said Bidder shall be determined for the Contract by summarizing the applicable low base bids and selection by the City Council based on past performance of work. The City of Boonville reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive all informalities in the bids. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of ninety (90) days subsequent to the specified time for receipt of bids.
