Renovation of a mixed-use development in Boise, Idaho. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; and educational facility.
As of 3/14/2022 project was already awarded for $90,785.32. Project work scope is the removal of the existing grease trap located under the work sink in the Timberline High School kitchen and the installation of a new 1500 gallon grease interceptor located directly outside the kitchen area. Saw cutting the existing kitchen floor and the patching back of the floor will be required. The School District will not be responsible for verbal interpretations. Questions will be answered by written addenda and be mailed or faxed to all Bidders on plan holder list. All addenda issued during the bid period will be incorporated into the contract. Addenda issued prior to bidding shall be acknowledged on the Bid Form. Failure to acknowledge addenda may be cause for rejection of bid as non-responsive. Questions regarding this Request for Bid must be submitted in writing and received by the Musgrove Engineering by Thursday, February 3, 2022 at 12:00 p.m. Questions received after this date will not be considered.
